Salida has been home for over 20 years. Having spent those years full time in real estate sales and development I “know” the valley. I have two kids, Sarah and Warren, in school and wouldn’t want to raise them anywhere else. For that matter I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. I grew up in the San Francisco bay area then moved to Colorado over 35 years ago and have traveled the state extensively and live here for a lot of reasons. Skiing is what attracted me initially. I started working part time at Monarch as a professional ski instructor and have been enjoying this Colorado gem ever since. I’ve been a season pass holder for over 20 years. The mountains and the rivers are best friends, but there is also the small town charm and security that are a big part of why I am here.
