I am originally from Germany and Switzerland. My father’s job took us to Connecticut, where I graduated from high school. My favorite TV shows were High Chaparral and Bonanza, so when the chance presented itself, I moved out West.
I attended university in New Mexico, where I earned a BA in Sociology from New Mexico Highlands University in the small town of Las Vegas, New Mexico. During the summers I would live in Santa Fe, enjoying all the richness this multi-cultured city has to offer. My graduate studies took me to Albuquerque, where I received a MA in Speech Communication from the University of New Mexico.
My professional pursuits have taken me in several different directions, working as a rep for a German manufacturer of electronic components, and most recently doing business development for an industrial coatings company in Buena Vista.
When it became time to raise a family of my own, Salida was the place we settled on in 1999. I opened and operated a clothing boutique downtown. I became interested in real estate when we purchased our little ranch. I am very happy that my children had the chance to grow up in a small rural community enjoying sporting and 4H activities. I have one high schooler still living at home.
My real estate career began in 2000. I have successfully completed all types of transactions, from residential, to ranch, land and commercial. I am very familiar with the surrounding towns and mountains.
