  • Provide and prepare property management/lease agreements
  • Provide payment portal for easy reminder and collection of rent and payment of rent to landlord
  • Pre-leasing photos
  • Account management
  • Perform walkthroughs during tenant occupancy
  • Coordinate and manage regular and preventative maintenance issues
  • Notify Landlord in case of an emergency situation with property
